Jordon Hudson released a full video of her beachside yoga session with Bill Belichick after previously sharing just a photo of the encounter.
The 24-year-old former Bridgewater State University cheerleader posted a video of the UNC football coach laying on his back while using his legs to hold her above his head in the sand.
She captioned the post, “My favorite workout,” and included the hashtags “Billates” and “GoatYoga.”
Hudson also shared the image on her Instagram Stories with the caption, “My stable rock.”

Belichick, 72, wore a dark-colored shirt and shorts as he lay on a towel with waves crashing behind him.
Hudson wore a white one-piece swimsuit with a matching baseball cap and headphones. The couple has a 48-year age difference.
This isn’t Hudson’s first shared yoga experience with the eight-time Super Bowl winner.
Four days earlier, she posted several images of them in the same clothes doing yoga on the beach.
She used a sun emoji and the hashtags “SpringBreak,” “UsTime,” and “StillGotIt” for that post’s caption.
One picture resembled the iconic “Dirty Dancing” lake scene where Patrick Swayze held Jennifer Grey above his head while practicing their lift in the water. Hudson recreated this pose with Belichick as he lay on his back in the sand.
Followers commented on the couple’s yoga abilities.
“Stabilizing muscles for days,” wrote one person.
“Go bill,” another added.
“What a show of strength between the both of ya’ll,” said a third commenter.
Someone else noted, “You both make it look easy! To your health!”

The UNC football coach and Hudson met on a flight in February 2021.
Hudson was a college student at the time and asked Belichick to sign one of her textbooks.
On February 11, the Maine native shared an Instagram post acknowledging their chance meeting with the caption “Happy Meetiversary.”
“Cheers to the fact that you still let me give you philosophical lectures four years later,” Hudson wrote.
