UNC bans Bill Belichick’s girlfriend from football facility
University of North Carolina has banned Jordon Hudson, girlfriend of new head coach Bill Belichick, from the school’s football facility, according to Yahoo Sports.
“BREAKING: Bill Belichick’s girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, is reportedly banned from UNC’s football facility, per @PabloTorre,” Yahoo wrote.
“There is deep worry for how detrimental Jordon can be for not just North Carolina but Bill’s legacy, reputation — everything he has built and worked for over decades.”
The couple initially attracted attention due to their age difference when Belichick took the UNC job.
While specific reasons for the ban weren’t disclosed, it suggests there may have been an incident that prompted university officials to take action.
The decision comes as Belichick works to build the Tar Heels program through recruiting and transfer portal acquisitions.
Belichick, widely regarded as one of the NFL’s greatest coaches, joined UNC with expectations to make the team competitive in the ACC conference.
The university appears to be establishing clear boundaries as the program moves forward under its high-profile new coach.
