The 2025 college football regular season wrapped up in late November, setting the stage for an expanded postseason that will feature 48 total bowl games over the next two months.
The second year of the 12-team College Football Playoff anchors the postseason schedule. Four first-round games kick off Dec. 19-20, followed by the traditional New Year’s Six quarterfinals.
The championship game is set for Jan. 19 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens.
Beyond the playoff, 36 additional bowl games will provide opportunities for teams across all conferences to extend their seasons through early January.
