The American Athletic Conference and Atlantic Coast Conference clash Saturday when East Carolina and Pitt meet in the Military Bowl.
The Pirates (8-4) won five of their last six games after a 3-3 start. They ended the regular season with a 42-3 victory over Florida Atlantic.
East Carolina will face Pitt without starting quarterback Katin Houser, who entered the transfer portal.
The Panthers (8-4) will look to capture their first bowl trophy since 2022. Freshman quarterback Mason Heintschel will lead Pitt into its final contest of the 2025 campaign and attempt to take down the defending Military Bowl champions.
