UNC head football coach Bill Belichick’s girlfriend Jordon Hudson has built an $8 million real estate portfolio since meeting the former NFL coach, according to the “New York Post.”
Hudson, 24, purchased three multi-family homes in the Boston area in December 2023 for $7.5 million.
The former Bridgewater State cheerleader also bought a cottage in Cape Cod’s Harwich area for $610,000 in October 2023.
She lists the Cape Cod property as her primary residence on mortgage documents.
Belichick stated earlier this week that he met Hudson on a flight to Palm Beach, Florida, in 2021, approximately two years before her first property purchase.
Public interest in Hudson’s background increased following Belichick’s CBS News interview on Sunday, which raised questions about their relationship dynamics.
While Hudson’s net worth appears to have grown since her relationship with Belichick began, there is no evidence that the coach provided financial assistance for any of her property acquisitions.
Hudson’s Boston Real Estate Holdings
Hudson owns a $2.2 million townhouse in Dorchester that’s divided into three apartments.
She purchased this property with a $1.2 million mortgage in December 2023. The building includes one four-bedroom unit that rents for approximately $5,000 monthly and has undergone significant interior renovations, according to Realtor.com.
Records reviewed by the “Daily Mail” show Hudson took out another $1.2 million mortgage the same day for a second Dorchester townhouse, which she had purchased for $2.3 million in June 2023.
This second property is also divided into three separate apartments and was fully renovated before her purchase.
Her third multi-family property was acquired in December 2023 for $3 million.
