Jordon Hudson made her statement clear during North Carolina’s 20-15 victory over Stanford on Saturday. She wore a necklace spelling “Banned” in cursive script while standing on the Kenan Memorial Stadium sideline.
The jewelry choice directly addressed earlier reports claiming she’d been barred from team facilities. Hudson is the partner of Tar Heels head coach Bill Belichick.
Her presence on the sideline, complete with an “All Access” credential, contradicted those ban rumors in the most visible way possible.

The ban rumors started in April when journalist Pablo Torre reported Hudson was “no longer permitted” inside football facilities. This came after a widely covered book tour that brought attention to her relationship with Belichick.
The university denied those claims. Carolina Athletics issued a statement clarifying Hudson’s status with the program.
From Carolina Athletics: “While Jordon Hudson is not an employee at the University or Carolina Athletics, she is welcome to the Carolina Football facilities. Jordon will continue to manage all activities related to Coach Belichick’s personal brand outside of his responsibilities…

Hudson appeared comfortable and confident throughout Saturday’s game. She smiled openly while wearing both her access credentials and the statement necklace.
Tar Heels Bowl Push
North Carolina now sits at 4-5 overall and needs two more wins for bowl eligibility.
The Tar Heels face Wake Forest next, followed by Duke at home. They’ll close the regular season on November 29th at NC State.
A win against Wake Forest would put them one victory away from the postseason. The Duke game represents their most likely path to that sixth win.
Hudson’s necklace choice has overshadowed the team’s bowl push in recent days. Her message was clear: she’s not banned, and she’s not hiding from the attention.
