Arkansas announced Wednesday that its home venue will become CommunityAmerica Razorback Stadium beginning with the 2027 season. The naming rights deal marks a new era for one of the SEC’s most recognizable venues as coach Ryan Silverfield begins his rebuild of the program.

The Razorbacks unveiled the future branding through a social media video showcasing updated stadium signage.

“New look for CommunityAmerica Razorback Stadium in Fall 2027.”

The announcement comes seven months after Arkansas hired Silverfield to replace Sam Pittman following a 2-10 season.

Stadium keeps Razorback identity with new sponsor

For decades, Arkansas has played at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium, one of the SEC’s largest venues. The facility has hosted countless memorable moments in Fayetteville since opening in 1938.

The CommunityAmerica name will take effect in 2027 as part of the university’s new naming rights agreement.

Renderings released by the program show updated exterior signage prominently displaying the new branding. The iconic Razorback identity remains front and center throughout the design.

The move follows a growing trend across college athletics. Universities are increasingly partnering with corporate sponsors for stadium naming rights as schools search for additional revenue streams in the NIL and revenue-sharing era.

Silverfield begins Arkansas rebuild

While the stadium announcement focuses on 2027, Arkansas fans are watching what happens on the field this fall. Silverfield arrived in Fayetteville after six seasons at Memphis, where he posted multiple double-digit win campaigns and guided the Tigers to four bowl appearances.

Arkansas is hoping he can reverse the program’s recent struggles.

The Razorbacks opened last season with victories over Alabama A&M and Arkansas State. They then lost their final 10 games, including a 56-13 home defeat to Notre Dame. The disappointing finish prompted athletic director Hunter Yurachek to make a coaching change.

Silverfield’s track record at Memphis included three seasons with at least nine wins. He inherited a program that had struggled for consistency in recent years.

2026 season opens at home

Arkansas opens the 2026 season Sept. 5 at home against North Alabama. The game will give Silverfield’s staff its first opportunity to begin building momentum before SEC play arrives.

The stadium won’t officially carry its new name for another year.

Wednesday’s announcement offered Arkansas fans a glimpse into what the program hopes will be the beginning of a new chapter on and off the field. The naming rights deal provides additional revenue as the program invests in facilities and roster construction.

CommunityAmerica Credit Union serves members across Kansas and Missouri. The financial institution has previously partnered with sports organizations in the region.
